This is what you have to do in order to post an official application.

First and foremost, read this topic:

Hello Dota... What is the issue with your GUID?

my problem is : when i type /cl_guid , /condump my_guid.txt " this file is not created in etamin directory" and i can't sumbit for my apply.

ordinary, the text file will be saved in the (jay) mod folder and not in the etmain folder. you can try the "windows search function" to look after this file too. you can add me on xfire if you still have problems.
