There are players playing ET with Mac, can you please give some more information of your problem?

Yes, be more precise please where you are stuck and what OS you are using too.

 

After you downloaded the .dmg you have to drag the ET app into your application folder. PB should already be included in your ET folder.

Then you need get yourself and etkey according this tutorial: http://fearless-assassins.com/tutorials/article/200-how-to-get-a-new-etkey-guid-since-pb-dropped-et-support/

 

If you put the following code into your autoexec file it should work. The autoexec file can be found at /Users/killcampers/Library/Application Support/Wolfenstein ET/etmain. If you have a fresh installation, it could be that you have to make the etmain folder and the autoexec file manually.
