When I try to connect to CoD 1.7 servers I get this:

Was just playing fine. Tried restarting my laptop didn't work. Whats up with this? Always connected to 1.7 servers through Xfire, and it has always worked for me. Can connect to 1.6 servers with the patch selector, but cannot connect to 1.7 with it. Was able to play 1.7 last night. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

You already tried repairing the files via steam?

Repairing files? How so? Didn't know there was such a thing. Don't use Steam except to download these games.

RIght click on the game in the library. Select "Properties" and then the tab "Local Files". There should be the option "Verify integrity of game cache..."

Tell's me all files verified successfully.

 

 

I try to connect now and it tells me my stats have been reset and invalid key code. And cannot connect to any servers on 1.6 or 1.7

 

 

 

 

 

Edit: It lets me connect now. But now I don't have any of my guns anymore. Lost everything :| I was 20 headshots away from gold Uzi. :| You made me lose everything!!!!! Anyways. Issue solved. Don't wanna play anymore.
