how to aim with "inaccurate" guns

About aiming with the AK, you shouldn't use sights at close combat. Anytime else you should just fire in burst and try to 'move with the gun'.

About the silencer thingie I prefer to have every gun with silencer, such as the G36 and the m16A4 (or whatever its called :P) And Acog is pretty messed up indeed :P
