Level and XP resetting on Jay2

My XP keeps resetting on Jay2 and I lost my level. I dont think there is a problem with my etkey cause Jay1 is working fine. Any help would be appreciated. I hope we can fix this without losing jay1 XP. But if not no big deal. Thanks JT

He has a GUID on jay2, dunno if it's valid. But I really want to take care of him, as he is a good regular around jay2 and jay1. Can we help him out plz?

Well his XP has been reset for the past 2 nights...so I dont know if it's GUID issue or not...

strange thing. do /cl_guid on jay2. if it returns a "unknown" guid it is a guid issue. and you should try

/pb_cl_enable; pb_system 1; pb_writecfg; reconnect;

 

if cl_guid returns a valid guid you should try

/pb_writecfg; reconnect

if the pieces of advice given above won't help, i suggest to download new etkey, from HERE You can get new etkey.
