Can't play ET

Hello.

 

Sorry for bad englisch.

 

I have downloaded ET but when i want to play i get:

 

"ERROR. Game code (ui_mp_x86.dll). failed pure server check."

 

What do i have to do to play ET?

as Madara said . Right click on the ET's icon, go to properties , then compatibility and run the program as adminstartor.
