Even though I really like the #4, the teams are almost all the time unbalanced.

Right now it's a 1 vs 7 game and nobody can change teams to balance because the bots take all the slots.

Voting for XP-shuffle doesn't seem to work and most of the time the only chance to get even teams is by the helping hand of an admin.

 

I am not into server cfgs, but is there a way to make it easier/possible to balance teams without admins?
