Updating video card HD6950 to HD6970...done

I know this is old card allready but just for if some one is still using and did have probs like I did.

 

I did try this upgrade after I bought it year ago but could not do it, when trying to overwrite bios it did give errors every time.

So that did not work for me. Then I did find this program which could do force write -> http://www.techpower...itor_v1.28.html

 

and sets of BIOS can be found -> http://www.techpower...face=&memSize=0

 

Here is pics from my results on systems... they look similar as those in guide pages. Looks ok now... but I have not yet tested it on any games, so fingers crossed
