Following the company’s announcement of the Galaxy Ace Plus, Samsung on Wednesday unveiled its Galaxy M smartphone. The entry-level hadnset features a 4-inch Super AMOLED display with a 1GHz single-core processor and 4GB of internal storage. It runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread and includes a 3-megapixel rear camera, a VGA front-facing camera and a TV tuner. The Galaxy M is similar to the Wave, with a metallic body rather than the usual plastic back found on other members of the Galaxy family. The device will be priced around $500 dollars with no contract and will be available in three color options: Platinum Silver, Blue Black and Lavender Pink. There has been no word on whether or not the Galaxy M will be launch in the United States.
