Super stoked but trailer looks a bit too flashy for my taste. I don't want it to rely on the humor/reputation it gained from the LOTR movies.

Looks like it is going to be a better move then the LoTR, which were to short. Huge chunks of key content were removed due to time. They should have shot 6 movies; after all it was 6 books.

I still can't believe it won't be released until December of 2012! But am so excited to see it. I remember watching the cartoon version when I was younger.
