hes most likely playing against bots and a human player connect so a bot dissapears automatically.

It has been real people so far. This is generally what happens, I"m 'bout to kill someone and they selfkill to avoid death. Happens often to me. I'm not very good at this game so it sucks seeing better players have to resort to this to avoid lowering their KDR. Their are worse things in this game than dieing.

If they killout and you get the "X was scared to death by Y" doesn't it still count as a kill for you?

I think the /kill ends killstreaks, too... You'll find people asking for health/ammo and not /killing out because it'll ruin their streak. It IS tempting to keep it going, though!
