How to start server for it?

It's EA game and just like battlefield 3 and many other EA games: there are NO OFFICIAL public server files

 

You have to rent a server:

http://battlefield.p...free.com/en/rsp

 

 

(there are probably some leaked server files out there on the internet XD)
