NASA unveiled it's new rocket designed to take men further into space than before. This rocket is larger than the mammoth Saturn V3 that they used to go to the moon and back.

Obama scrap all funding to future moon missions: here

so even if that theoretically can get people to the moon, its not going to happen during obamas term.
