In a few minutes I am going to make a "knock-your-****-in-the-dirt" delicious potato salad and baked beans. I think that I need to run to the grocery store and pick up some corn on the cob and toss it in the smoker for about 20 minutes also. I wish that i could enjoy a beer with the ribs but I have to work tonight so I will be drinking iced tea instead.
