This file is missing plugins and doesn't work properly on Windows 10

 

even tho this is beta the universal is to https://icculus.org/gtkradiant/downloads/1.5/GtkRadiant-1.5.0.msi

 

They've also upgraded to work on Mac OS 1.66 its bugged on windows https://github.com/TTimo/GtkRadiant
