What's up with the servers?

I was wondering why the server(s) always say that there is 35 people in it. And also in W:ET the F|A servers always read 50 people in the serv. There is also something up with the ping readings on the mix gametype serv. I'm not making this post because it bothers me (the ping problem bothers me a tiny bit) I'm just curious as to why the servers do that.

999 ping should be fixed. Not sure why it happens in COD4 but everyone goes to 999.

 

@players It's test to check few things which I have been working on but it's still not successful version.
