Do you mean that after about 15 to 20 minutes, the internet stops working on your computer but you are still able to use your computer? Such as, after ET, Internet Explorer, or chat clients stop working, you can still do things like play Solitaire, use Notepad, or watch a DVD or downloaded video file?

If this is the case, it's possible that there is a restriction on your internet access set up by your parents or your internet service provided as requested by your parents. Talk with your parents about the issue, they may know of the "problem." If it is something set up by your parents, talk with them about extending your time limit. If this isn't the case, your parents still need to be made aware of the situation assuming you do not have a job to pay for potential repairs.

If this problem is not related to something your parents set up, you might have a problem with your internet modem, router, or your computer's network connection. Contact your internet service provider to make sure it's not something on their end or a problem with their modem that they provided for internet access. They can also run tests to make sure all of the equipment on their end works and to ensure the modem is working. Also if it is a problem with the modem, they can look at access logs and security logs stored on the modem to see what is happening. Try calling them before using the computer, and if they detect nothing, call them after the internet stops working to see if they detect any problems then. If they still say everything is working, then you know it's not your internet connection or your modem.

If you have a router connected to your modem, it may be configured incorrectly, may have time settings applied, has an older version of the firmware installed, or is incompatible with your computer and internet service provider. Try connecting your computer directly to your modem if you have a router, as this will help determine if it's an issue with your router or a problem with your computer.

If you do not have a router, and your ISP has determined nothing is wrong with their equipment or your modem, and your parents have not set up a time limit; we can safely assume that something is wrong with your computer. This can range from a spyware/virus infection, to corrupted drivers, to defective hardware, to corrupted Windows settings. While you can repair/diagnose most of these issues yourself, it would be more beneficial to take your computer to a repair center for testing/repair as they will professionally diagnose, test, and repair your computer with a warranty (if their work does not fix the issue, your money should be returned to you).

Sounds more likely failing hardware or software corruption in Windows.

Run a memory diagnostic (either MemTest86+ or the built in Windows 7 Memory Diagnostic) or check for Windows Updates to see if that will resolve the issue.

To run the Memory Diagnostics Tool manually

If the Windows Memory Diagnostics tool doesn't run automatically, you can run it manually.

Open Memory Diagnostics Tool by clicking the Start button , and then clicking Control Panel. In the search box, type Memory, and then click Diagnose your computer's memory problems.‌ If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

Choose when to run the tool.

Go to http://www.memtest.org/ to get MemTest86+. You can burn the image to CD, USB flash drive, or other device.

These tools will test your system memory to let you know if there is a problem with your computer.

If you have a Dell computer, you will also have built in diagnostic tools; consult your computer's manual for information on how to access it.

Without more information about your computer (brand if it was bought at a store, motherboard if it was built by hand, etc) we cannot give you exact information.

It may also be that the inside of your computer is extremely dirty and is overheating. It may be that you have defective hardware. It may be that your computer is infected with a virus. It may be that your system doesn't have the resources it needs to run (lacks memory, strong enough power supply, hard drive space, etc).

Thanks skyedarkhawk, now i'm mounting it,in the meanwhile you think that cleaning hard disk will help??

anyway my main problem is that every procediment i'm gonna to do, must be less lenght than 20/30 mins because after this time pc block and i have to repeat everthing :hmm

EDIT i downloaded memtest but when i mount it,it show only a folder called (BOOT) and a textnote that show:

There is nothing to do here

Memtest86+ is located on the bootsector of this CD

Just boot from this CD and Memtest86+ will launch.

in the folder i have two files : BOOT.cat and memtest.img should i mount only second one?

You need to boot from it, not mount it. Burn it to a CD, restart your PC and boot from the CD.
