I am about to reinstall my ET again but first wanted to ask about my etkey saving,should i just let,s say copy->paste it to my desktop for example and after i installed my ET again i just put it back to my etmain folder ?

It would work in this case, but better back it up also somewhere safe (USB stick, email it to yourself, etc.) in case your PC breaks down so you can recover it easily.
