Beg2 xp loss [Fixed]

My XP got reset and I didn't do anything at all. Yesterday evening it was still around 47k, today it counts from 0 again.
I don't mind my XP level, I mind when it affects my gameplay (single vs dual gun, no improvised explosives, etc.).

Please set it manually to yesterday's level.

It is not the first time when my XP gets reset and I don't know why it happens.

The only other server I am active recently (last weeks) is Jay1, nothing outside F|A.
