I was very curious and found that

 I am still confused about why that "Winchester" lever-action rifle is in the picture!"  The Math makes perfect sense!  😄

the word gewähr (guarantee) sound like gewehr (rifle),, in german.

you hear it as a child by the lotto draw in TV.
