I get the same results when using the " -t ", just a lot more of them than just 4.  :hmm

 

Are you trying to use a Proxy/VPN server to connect?

 

ADDED:  You can try "tracert silent1.clan-fa.com" and check the results.  You can also use the WinMTR program, which will show a little more information.

 

 

I don't use  vpn or proxy, I could connect just fine before. I can connect on FA Recruiting server and the others, except jay2 and sillent1, silent1 had the best ping for me , such a pitty 😕
