Keep getting dropped from server- Is there an admin abusing their power?

I can see and connect to any other server and eventually the JAY 1 comes back up in the list, the interenet works normally and the interference doesn't appear on other servers - it seems to happen when I have a heavy weapon and someone else wants it but is afraid to ask.

Which column do you have that ET Browser set for sorting?  I can't figure it out from your SS.

 

If you click on the "Name" Column, then all FA servers that start with F|A should be clumped together, somewhere in the middle of the list.   A couple of FA servers do not have that clan-tag. 

 

That should keep the display in a "stable condition".  If you sort by number-of-players, then it will constantly change, as the server populations change.

 

If you do a name-sort and keep your attention on the F|A group and FA-Recruiting does 'disappear' that should mean that your client is not receiving a "server status" reply from the server.  That implies that you have lost communications with Jay#1, for some reason, or that Jay#1 is down.

 

ADDED:  The admins cannot make FA-Jay#1 'disappear' from your ET Browser list.  That is a display of a "serverstatus" communication between your client and the server.  A Ban or a Kick will not affect that display.
