PHANTASM Posted December 14, 2010 Posted December 14, 2010 Hi, That sounds great. I can open a shell account in the Cayman Islands for you to transfer this money into, and I will ensure that no one has access to it. Please give me your routing number and I will facilitate the movement of your funds. Thanks. --- On Sun, 12/12/10, TERRY SUTTON <terrylink@live.co.uk> wrote: From: TERRY SUTTON <terrylink@live.co.uk> Subject: RE: PARTNERSHIP PROPOSAL. To: Date: Sunday, December 12, 2010, 7:56 PM Hello, Thanks for the prompt response to my mail and inquiry on further details of this project. You don't need to be puzzled but I want you to know that this is a 100% business deal which I can assure you that its risk free because all modalities has been mapped out already to make this business deal a success from legal to official I emphasis on the fact that these type of business deal happens daily by the so called leaders of the world and as a banker I see it all times pass through my desk and since I have this opportunity on my hand now I deemed it fit not to allow it pass me by because it may never come again, if we work diligently and closely together we would conclude it in the next few days. Before we begin it is important I educate you on the process carefully and please ensure to follow my advice step by step so that we will not have any problems at any stage as you know this is my field. This fund in question is ready for transfer and all I need from you now is your TOTAL COMMITMENT hence resend me your Full Names, Address, Phone number, Age, Occupation and Company Name (if any) so that I will be double sure. With these details I will retrieve the original information of the company and replace it with yours to evidence the claim in our record after which when the transfer is complete out of my bank to our nominated bank account in your name I would destroy the record from our file, then we can both share our percentage as we will agree upon. I will agree to share with you 70% for me and then 30% for you since I am the originator of this business and since I would also need to grease some hands in my office to make sure that we have a smooth transfer, One very important aspect we must take into consideration is that we must make use of an OFFSHORE BANK that has a very high levels of customer protection and secrecy in a country that has a relaxed banking laws and financial regulations and also a bank that is a corresponding bank to my bank so that the transfer will be seen as an in house transfer thus will not attract any financial regulatory body although I will advice you carefully on this. With all these been said I would prefer to get your response and also build a relationship with you since we have not met before and you will agree with me that it is not easy to transact and entrust such magnitude to business in your hand without building a relationship. Please I would want you to handle this matter with utmost confidentiality due to the nature of my job since I am still in active service. Thank you, Terry Sutton. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Date: Sun, 12 Dec 2010 13:40:03 -0800 From: Subject: Re: CAN I TRUST YOU? {PARTNERSHIP PROPOSAL}` To: terrylink@live.co.uk Hi, This sounds like a great opportunity. I would love to be involved in a large financial transaction into my checking account. If there is anything I can do to help you put millions of dollars into my personal bank account please let me know. Of course you can trust me, I would be delighted to help you give me all your money. P.S. It's nice to see a letter from someone who can spell. Most of the unsolicited offers I receive from total strangers who want my checking account number are painful to read due to the poor grammar and misspellings. Good luck with your business. --- On Sat, 12/11/10, TERRY SUTTON <reply@myprivatebox.com> wrote: From: TERRY SUTTON <reply@myprivatebox.com> Subject: CAN I TRUST YOU? {PARTNERSHIP PROPOSAL}` To: Date: Saturday, December 11, 2010, 11:17 AM Attn: Sir/Madam, I am the Finance Manager of a leading bank in Scotland seeking partnership for a pending business project I have at hand ready to be executed without hitches. I will give to you a detailed explanation of this project which I prefer to call a "DEAL" if I have your positive response. The business is 100% risk free because I have fashioned out means to give it an excellent outcome. In an attempt to throw light on this business deal, a month ago a Kuwaiti multinational company opted an overdraft from our bank and was over invoiced with an amount of 6,000,000GBP [six Million Pounds]. I seek your partnership to enable me transfer this funds to your account for both of us and I am open to negotiate your percentage. Your utmost attention and sincerity is needed due to the nature of the business. Please if you are interested; get back to me via my private email: terrylink@live.co.uk for further details. Best Regards, Terry Sutton Quote

PHANTASM Posted December 14, 2010 Author Posted December 14, 2010 He's doing this all from a script. The trick is to get him off the script if you really want to mess with this scammer I suggest patience I think they have a little kit or something that they buy, where with each reply email it sends out the next autoreply until someone sends in useful information. They read like they were pre-written with no context to whatever I just wrote them. Anyone who reads English would know that I am totally messing with him, yet they send the second reply like I was nice to him. What really makes them mad is when you send them fake info and tell them you sent them money by Western Union and they have to go to the bank and then there is no money there waiting for them. Quote

I had my old email address available for years on a different website. Anyone could copy it with one of those web crawlers that searches the internet for email addresses to send spam to. I get mountains of garbage in that email account. Quote
