selecting mortar issue

Hi all, having a crack at ET again for the 1st time since 2007. 

 

Question: Im using the team / class select menu on Legacy beginner server. Selecting 1 1 5 should be allies mortar? The game is telling me Panzerfaust not available.

 

Any clues?

i assume you had this problem on beg2, i replied on mainchat but probably u didnt see 😄

as i said, its only one panzerfaust/mortar per team so could be someone from axis/allies using it thus you cant take it 😄

TY, I did it in chat but I though my question was poorly put. Im selecting 5 for MORTAR, the game is saying PANZER not allowed. I tried all the number options but could not select mortar. I got around it with /team b 0 35 37

 

or are we saying the game will use that same message for either panzer or mortar?

Nevertheless, as  @Drempa said, heavy weapons are limited, so this is the answer.
