does any1 know what mod they are playing? and how did he get the guns scale so small bc i think it looks cool

This mod is called legacy. Its the default mod that comes with ET Legacy client.

I think it can only be done on the etlegacy mod. It seems to me that our servers (silent,jaymod) have a set value and this is treated as cheat protection. Correct me if I am wrong.

It's not just our servers that have these settings. They are used during development, which is why you can modify them when cheats are enabled (via devmap). This is the case for most mods, except for Legacy and ETjump. ETL developers likely decided it wasn't important and removed the cheat flag in the mod's source code. Similarly, the "setviewpos" command allows you to set your position when you're a spectator.

You are not wrong sir..... However i find this somewhat antithetical due to the minimal contrast between the 2 mods (i.e) it's ok to have it on =F|A=ETL but on =F|A=Jay and Silent, it's cheat protected?
