seta r_lastValidRenderer "Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630"

try reconfigure your cfg for example in

seta r_lastValidRenderer "nvidia geforce 1050 gtx/PCIe/SSE2"

and enter a custom resolution based on your playng preferences or what the monitor can achieve

seta r_customwidth "1920"
seta r_customheight "1080"

It does not matter what you type in your r_lastValidRenderer line in your cfg. You can type in there what ever you want, that wont change the actual GPU that your game uses.  r_lastValidRenderer is a just a command to show user what GPU the game is using. You can't change your game GPU by changing/ deleting that line. If you want to change/switch GPU-s you have to do in in windows (GPU driver settings, Nvidia control panel etc..)
