Problem with chating, cannont connect

OK, so we had a virus hit my computer a few months ago and kinda of set it to factory default and, been having this problem ever since, but decided to ask here.

 

On skype, it tells me to check my network settings and i do and everything is fine

 

my parents uses buzzen for chat rooms and it just says connecting, couldn't connect to 66.3.4.3 ( i think dont remember the address) and trying again

 

Everything i've done doesnt seem to work, turn off all firewalls, messed with the IRC and Network Settings. Any Ideas

 

On a separate note, i can't use xfire in game at all, and the keyboard shortcuts are set, thoughts?

(Using 2.55) :)

 

 

 

 

 

Ive fixed all of these problems before but i can't seem to figure it out this time
