You may post your application at the link Alexandra provided. Here it is again http://fearless-assassins.com/forum/57-usca-csn-america-application/ .

 

You will also need to submit your GUID. If needed you may follow this link for instructions. http://fearless-assassins.com/tutorials/article/62-members-and-server-regular-submit-your-guid/

 

Also if RTA is a clan you will have to leave them first as =F|A= does not allow multiclanning.
