"Uncle Phil" was with Will Smith in the TV family comedy show  "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" , starting in 1990.

 

Uncle Phil is on the right in the picture below.

 

GASP!  Will Smith has white hair now!  Gravity or momentum pulled his cheeks down, which is "up" on his face.  😄
