I found a guide through the internet are able to set this effect of light:

I set this to the natural effect of light I changed five or six commands in the file etconfig, only I do not know which of these do you explain the effect you?

 

who knows how to do?

Who is interested in this effect have been able to find out how to do, the command is:

 

seta r_ignorehwgamma "1"

 

This command and modify the file or autoexec etconfig and not by the game console.

 

This effect points out that there are a lot of the circles in the glow of light sources to turn off the flash then this command:

 

seta cg_coronas "1"
