Hello Together

I have a Strage Problem i Play a Round ET and on Round Start the Game Download a MOD. So nothing Special but after that every Time i Start the game it Starts with a New song very Loud and Ugly. I Uninstall ET and Reinstall it again but this shit Song still remains every Time i start the game. How get i rid of it ??

Check your etmain folder. Look for any .pk3 files starting zzzz or similar and delete them.

 

If that fails, run the .pk3 cleaner in the downloads section to clear out the offending file.

u can go in your options and turn that song  all the way down then u wont hear it.

 

go into options then system then turn music volume all the way down problem solved!

Thanks BlackWolf i follow your Suggest but it dosent help the Song is Still Present. And i Have a Orange Square on the Start Screen now ?

 

Thanks Captnconcrete but thats not a Solution only a Workaround and i will Play a game in Good Condition not with Tricks

 

I Hope for another Solution or can someone tell where i find the Profiles or Something Like that? A complete Uninstall doesn't solve the Problem, so it must still remain another

Folder with some Data.

Update: I Uninstall again delete Everything and run CCCleaner then PC Restart and Install and all this Shit is gone

A server you connected to must have downloaded a .pk3 file containing a custom sound and menu. Deleting the .pk3 is the only way, as uninstalling the game doesn't delete any custom files unfortunately.
