well depends on the person. Make sure you check their ratings on there to verify that they are trusted and have done previous transactions without problems

if you want to get one you are better off just going to a game store and getting one. because if something messes up, you can return it, or if you just want to trade the system in.

Best deal would be a friend who wants to get rid of theirs. You would both be better off than if you had dealt with a store.

 

I'm not completely sure, but I think Microsoft replaces any RRoD 360, even if you are not the original owner. That makes store warranties pretty useless.
