It looks like a police officer is really looking over his bicycle that has all of those motor-bike and car things installed on it.  Is that a license plate, too?  I don't see any motors at all. :?: :o

hahahah yeah , we took motor's from old Tomos motorcycle , we put them radio on , light's , steering wheel and lot of thing's , shame , didnt have the pic xD
