Sorry for the double post, but we are hoping to have another scrim practice Saturday (today) at 8pm EST.

Now this is not mandatory whatsoever, we just liked the practice so much yesterday that we wanna hold another one today.

So if you feel like coming get on vent around 7:45- 7:50 or earlier if you want.

The last time someone wanted to re-organize a scrim team I was all for it, and even said I would be in it. This time around I wont be so hasty with a commitment to this. However, I will say that if extra players are needed to practice or whatnot I would be glad to help out.

No problem Ender...I don't think we have a scrim "team" anymore anyway. It's just fun to practice with you all :)

Here's the thing. If people want to scrim other clans, my only requirement is you go in expecting to lose and seeking enjoyment. The last bajillion times we revived scrim team, it died because of an overzealous push for wins and rankings failing on the first match, resulting in depression and eventual quittage.

As such, if a) requirements are met, and B) enough people meet said requirements, then TWL is always there for setting up a scrim. I won't care who plays on that team, since winning won't be a goal for the team. If somebody wants to play on the team, they should at least get the chance to give it a go in a match, regardless of ability.

If a group of people dedicated enough, and wanting to play more competitively arise, then a second team can always be formed for said people.

i don't care to lose, it makes winning a lot better. =D

+ a win on a ladder can mean 10 spots or 1st place whichever is less, even with ten losses.

The clan I used to run on BFV was a competition clan. Amazingly, it lasted a few years whereas my previous experience with "skill" clans is that they die out after a few months. We ranked up to #2 on TWL (I don't know if CoD has TWL but it's like a tournament type thing where wins and losses are reported).

Anyway, before I get side tracked... The thing I hate most about competition is when people lose, they point fingers at everyone else "Well.. If you did/didn't do this, we would have won." It's happened in every competitive clan I've been in. The one I ran, I booted the asshats that were like that. IMO, skill < attitude. Secondly, I hate when the winning side comes onto our vent and starts talking mad shit. That kind of poor sportsmanship doesn't make me rage... It makes me Emo-Rage... (Yes... I have my own vocabulary). With that being said.... I'd like to practice with you. If I ever get good enough to join a scrim team if one is ever made, I'd probably decline to avoid drama but my opinion on that could possibly change depending on how things go.

From what I've seen so far, I doubt that F|A would ever be like the clans I just talked about. I'd just rather avoid potential drama. :)

Pretty impressive. I was the same way on Unreal Tournament 2004.
