At first glance, I could not figure out what was so funny about DJ's pic of a "police car".  I then translated "saufen" from German and expanded the pic.  

 

Gee, I had really thought that those crates on top were very old-style police lights.  "Saufen" = German for "Drink". :D 🍻

“Drink” (is what kids do)
