sinA* <3 Padme*Amidala Posted September 28, 2010 Posted September 28, 2010 Lol stars you never see that on pub cuz not all the time the teams are uneven, every 2 maps i shuffle, atleast i don't ask to any one move to other team, but if there's and trial or other member i suggest'em if they can move. Doesnt mean that players in Pub dont stack teams. And there are some good Regulars that vote for shuffle all some maps or they switch teams like today. Quote
Jorz Posted September 29, 2010 Posted September 29, 2010 i voted waste of bandwidth you decision was correct Quote
Stryder Posted October 1, 2010 Posted October 1, 2010 You made the right decision IMO. Espescially since u asked first , for them 2 move bak is disrespectful to u as an admin and shouldnt be tolerated. Its always a problem in the mornings when no members are on and there are bots, more players than not choose the side with the most humans and the sad thing is most are regulars. Ive had more sucess getting people 2 move by asking them personally and politely (aftersaying even the teams to every1 and noone responds). It seems when members are playing people are more apt 2 choose the right team. When the server is active the members and a few of us regulars do a great job of joining and keeping the teams even skillwise which makes for a more enjoyable match.A good rule of thumb is to check /scores and join the weaker team. =FlA=Incom!ng* Posted October 1, 2010 Posted October 1, 2010 Since this topic is still open I'll show a 'lil insight. I was on the server this morning @4:00am in spectator. Supply Depot: You asked for for players to fix the teams, axis was stacked the allied team, yet there was under 3 mins left in the map. ( Not necessary IMO since the map is about to end ) Beach Invasion: The map came on a and the allies were all human and axis had only 1, You told players to join axis but you didn't move yourself. *It is correct to ask players to switch themselves prior to moving them *When there's only a few mins. on the clock it's ok let things slide. (IMO) *You should lead by example, by moving yourself other players will join too. Quote
ravana Posted October 1, 2010 Author Posted October 1, 2010 The second map. Tried going to spectator and rejoining. Didn't work. My mistake should have done putteam on myself. By the way I hate team stacking as I usually play as a engineer and get slaughtered for XP all around. Since this topic is still open I'll show a 'lil insight.
