a few days ago some weird stuff started happening on the hardcore FA server.

 

i entered the server link thing into the console - /connect 74.63.67.74:28930

and it took me to the setting up game and synchronizing settings thing and just b4 loading the map it crashes and makes my cod4 not respnding in the task manager.

 

this only happens on the fa server - sm1 plz help!!!!!!

Disconnect and reconnect ? Still same issue? Then it looks like COD4 client bug because we are not running any custom downloadable add ons on COD4 server.

Definitely a client side problem... have you tried other servers that use punkbuster? i.e. killbox.. try updating punkbuster too

Cod4 just randomly crashes. My PB is fully up to date. It only happens on HC NO MARTY MIX

Anyway thnx guys the problem is gone now :)
