unlawfulsniper Posted April 20, 2009 Posted April 20, 2009 Hey guys, I remember a server a while back that had map voting after every map. It worked like this... during the chat period after a map is completed, the upper left quadrant of the screen which normally displays the blown up objective picture or something to that effect, there would be instead a list of a dozen or so maps and you'd left click on the map you wanted to play next.. After 20 seconds or so had elaspsed, all the votes were in and the map wth the most votes would then start. It was a pretty awesome feature. The map that was just finished, and the map finished just before it, were never included in the list of maps to be voted on so you'd never get 2 maps in a row, or even A X A,where Ais the same map. It was nice to have the power of voting and most people gravitated towards one map nearly every time we voted. I am not a code guy and I know crappola about it, so if its very hard to do forget I even said it, its just a suggestion on how to mabye improve our already spectaularlily awesome FA servers. cheers. Just my 2 cents lol if they get upset because majority doesn't want to play that map then it's their problem. More or less how can a person get upset on e-games. Whatever maps loads in the end we just need too shoot at head lol.. Quote

Anh yes. New ETPUB has fix for it. We just run call voting option on Etpub. Since, ETPUB only provides that sexy feature. Quote
