xbox360 z axis problem

I have Speedlink Strike NX gamepad, works fine on DirectInput mode in NFS MW(2012). On Xbox 360 mode the controller doesn´t give any accelaration in NFSMW nor in the latest NFS: Payback.

Tried in the game with controller I hit barely 100KM\h while with keyboard it car drove already over 200km\h.

Tried calibration with no avail. 

Any easy solutions? Have already put more time on figuring out than I would play the game:P
