The person working with the exchange company people came over and did an interview today, I think I passed it pretty good. But now I have to learn Japanese and to write in Katakana and Hiragana. FFFFFFFFFF BUT I CAN DO IT, I HAVE A YEAR UNTIL I GO. Any links would help

HEY GUYS I AM BACK FROM THE BADLAND OF NO INTERNET.(notlikeyoueverknewiwasherebefore) I am going to Japan for school next year, so I have 11 months to learn some basic Japanese and other things, sure, I know this is early to post, what with 11 months, but the longer this is here, the more time that people have to tell me crucial info about Japan. I really don't want to accidentally piss someone off, and also, HALP WITH JAPANESE PLX I've heard that the elderly japanese hate western foreigners?

Id never do that in real life unless i was being attacked or something, thats just cruel Sadly I never even got as far as a yellow belt in my brief karate training experience, sooo if worst comes to worst....just hit 'em where it hurts! I'ma kick you in the nuts (smiley face here because the thing only allows 3 per post so this is the one with the tongue sticking out, but it sucks cuz even smilies from quoted posts qualify as a smiley in my own post which is ultimately unfair and lame because now I have to make a really long explanation of why my smiley face is not really a smiley face but rather a really long explanation of why it is not. Lame.)
