Your xp is linked to your ETKey. Your ETKey is yours and yours alone. We do not have a copy of it. If you did not save your old ETKey anywhere, your xp cannot be recovered.

did you save your ETkey you can find in ETmain map of enemy territory ? if you haven't I think you can't get your xp back 
best is to make a backup from your etkey

if you didnt save your etkey you cant have xp back and you have to start over again
if you are smart you make a backup from your etkey for example in your email even if your pc crashes you always can copy your etkey back then
