Hello All!

I just upgraded to Windows 10 and I am running into what is seemingly a resolution and fullscreen issue. I am able to get the game to play at 1064 but not any higher and not in fullscreen. Below is the opening log when I start the game. Any help would be appreciated.

I have upgraded and have no problems.

 

Did you try reinstalling your graphic cards drivers? (I'm guessing that's the first thing you might have tried)

1. create a shortcut for your ET.exe (right click on ET.exe and create a shortcut),
2. right click on the shortcut, select Properties and add to the line C:\Program Files (x86)\Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory\Et.exe (or similar) the text r_mode 4 and vid_restart. it have to look like:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory\etmain\ET.exe" r_mode 4;vid_restart
3. execute the shortcut. delete the shortcut if et is running as usual.

nothing has worked so far...even reinstalled it... :( It's an Open GL issue....whatever that is :(

It's graphics related. Just out of curiosity set it .01 lower example. 1920x1080 1919x1079 to see if it works.

i had the same issue on Windows 8.1, after installing 10 the problem has been solved. Looks like for you it worked in a bad way. Thats video card drivers problem.  

My advise is to set your resolution lower, except playing in"2048x 1536".

Gildas,

 

I had the same problem with Legacy and NoQuarter server : i have copied files (pk3, dll) from Etmain folder/silent to the legacy one. And now it works.

 

I also had a problem with resolution (partial screen...) when I upgraded.


And thx Aziph10 for the ETlegacy solution  :rolleyes:
