Hey guys.. Why can't i send private messages? o_O it says i have to be a level 1 user.. but you can get a level 2 user if you player regularly..

Once you get 50k XP, you get autopromoted to lvl 1. 
Although if you play on regular basis, you may be set to lvl 2 or higher if a co/leader thinks you are reliable and you deserve it.
