Cant u put a preview or something in here? So we can see what it is..? or how its done
Manu Admin Mod
Its a admin mod for a server like FA servers have you can do a lot stuff with it for example add banners, All sorts of plug-in, level, commands, its just and admin mod
if you want i can go into this more

Well Its not a toll that on you PC its a Mod that is installed by adding it to the server files so this mod is only server side mod there are few rcon tools for cod 4 its like on Fa you use commands !pl to listplayer ! ban this is the mod that FA has on servers

RCON cannot be accessed ingame, with manu mod you have a layer between the ingame events and the console.
It basicly logs in to your RCON and listens to the events (kills, deaths, chat). If something happens, for example a !kick warning you idiot, it will tell RCON to kicks the idiot
