For some reasons, everytime I go on youtube, I load like 1 min of video and the nothing loads anymore and it stays like that until I reboot my PC.
At first I tough it was Flash Player but I deleted it and reinstalled it , tried on every browsers and nothing works.
Anyone as an idea?
Btw my Antivirus FireWall is off.
some of my specs : Windows 7 premium 64 bits
Quad Core Q3000 @ 2.5Ghz
4GB Ram @ 1333mhz
NVIDEA GTX 550 ti
connection= 63mbs download 3 mbs upload

My brother had the same problem (couple of days ago) and I had to solve it.
Not sure if the fix will work for you because you tried different browsers, but all I had to do was clearing the browsers cache.
+ do you got this only with youtube videos or also with other videos?

Sounds to me like flash settings..
All I can see that it might be is: right click the youtube video and click 'settings' - click the little folder tab on the settings screen, and see how much local storage is allowed. Default is 100KB and that works fine for me.. I know a friend had some problems when having this set to 0 worried about unwanted shit being stored..
