Night of bizarre news

I was doing one of my daily scans of the news and the first 3 I clicked on proved to be strange.

First up is now the military says it can not find, at this time, any evidence that Pvt. Manning had any conections to Wikileaks despite them holding him as a Maximum Security Prisoner...

Second one I clicked on is that Loughner is pleading not guilty to his shooting rampage which was recorded by security cameras and him leaving living witnesses....

Then there was the story about a person who trained the Taliban. He was captured and held by the Taliban where he later died. They are now holding his body for ransom...

The next one I clicked on was this: A strange one about a federal contractor, working for the CDC, has made people angry by calling daily for several weeks or sometimes in excess of 15 times in a row despite being told by the people they did not want to take part in the survey...

The final one I clicked was about a possible "war on cops" happening here in the U.S. with 11 officers shot in the last 24 hours.

I don't know if I will do more looking into the news today for fear of what I will click on next. The world has gone crazy today. What is next chimps building a Scalar weapon and wiping out the centers of human population?

Here is yet another one.

Taco bell is being sued because their "beef" is less than the minimum 35% beef to be labeled beef. I am personally more disturbed that you can label something beef if it is only 35% so than I am that Taco Bell has such a poor product.

I don't believe they can call the 'parts' ie cheek, visceral material, etc as beef so it is part of the >35% in addition to the filler. I'm sure the filler is the secret that makes TB so unique. It will be interesting to see what info gets dredged up in court if it goes forward.

Regarding the other news, I have to agree - very strange....
