Why would you need to reboot your PC in the last step? Changing compatibility settings doesn't require a reboot.

The Video don´t run in Germany (no permission for Music) :cry

Compatibility doesn't require a reboot, but after update punkbuster it does, cos it will avoid some error and kicks like, O/S exception notice etc..
