For the longest time I thought mortar was already limited to one player at a time (like panzer), but I've faced two at a time several times in the past few weeks. Half the time it's players who have no clue what they're doing (hurting their team) and half the time it's players who do know what they're doing and make it impossible for the enemy team to setup a defence. Example: just happened on Streets of Italy. Axis trying to defend the flag and, literally, every 2 seconds a mortar round dropped in. In either scenario, I think it's frustrating to a large chunk of the server and should be a lot more limited than it is.
