Just copy and paste this into your config_mp.cfg file in your players directory.

 

bind M "say ^5Utilice Inglés en este servidor de juego. Gracias"

 

When you press the 'M' key it will print up telling the Spanish speaking person this message

 

Please use English on this game server.  Thank you.

If you guys have any other common languages spoken on COD servers, you can find some other translations in the clan/trial private general section as well.

 

There may also be a few other useful translations in there to help you folks out if Spanish is the most common language.
