Plugin name: replacing Ultimate Mapchooser for our old and better MapChooser Extended (i was using ultimate because it allows have nominate maplist separated of mapcycle. )

How it can be good?:  warning countdown, less plugins additional, easy management.

How it can be good?:  voting get preference of majority, so majority can be satisfied
